Overview

Banu Naraghi is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

Banu’s practice focuses on corporate and intellectual property litigation in both state and federal court. She has represented a wide range of clients including content creators, investors and corporations in cases involving contract disputes, securities fraud and business torts.

During law school, Banu was a Clinical Intern for the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, which provides free legal assistance to artists, filmmakers, video game developers and start-up companies.

Prior to law school, Banu worked as an A&R intern for Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Atlantic Records.
