Representative Matters

Prosecuted and obtained four patents for client covering its technology for combatting COVID-19 and similar contagions in aircraft of all sizes using the aircraft’s own environmental control system in-flight. Filed suit for patent infringement against competitor for infringing all four patents. Filed motion for summary judgment of patent infringement and opposed defendant’s motion for summary judgment of invalidity of all four patents. The Court denied defendant motion and granted our motion, finding that the defendant’s accused device infringed all of the asserted patent claims as a matter of law.
