ECJ Partners Gold and Haas Obtain Victory For Client

ECJ Partners Geoff Gold and Jason Haas obtained a victory in a case involving the Los Angeles County jails and a federal investigation.

The investigation lead to the Board of Supervisors approving a settlement payout of $1 million from the county. After an appeal reversed judgment for the county, Gold, Haas and their co-counsel successfully conducted a factual investigation, prepared a mediation brief and negotiated the settlement with the County.
