Partner Albert Valencia Authors Article on Non-Recourse Guaranties for GGI Global Alliance

Albert Valencia, Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Department, was recently published in the GGI Global Alliance’s, GGI Real Estate Newsletter. His article, “Non-Recourse Guaranties,” which appeared in the Autumn 2019 issue, summarizes non-recourse real estate loans and their potential to increase personal liability due to "bad-boy provisions. Albert discusses non-recourse carveout guaranties "required by lenders to be delivered by the borrower's principal(s) as a condition to making the loan".
