Robert Cave

Robert Cave is an Associate in the Real Estate department and focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing and joint venture.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert was an associate in the real estate department at Goodwin Procter LLP. Before Goodwin, Robert was Assistant General Counsel at Genesis Capital, LLC (a former subsidiary of Goldman Sachs). In his role at Genesis Capital, Robert advised on the legal aspects of real estate matters, corporate finance, and general business, with a focus on secured financial lending transactions.

Robert’s combined experience of working for an Am Law 100 firm and in-house means that he not only has legal technical proficiency but also a first-hand understanding of how law and business interact.
