Rav Purewal is an Associate in the Corporate Department. Rav’s practice areas include debt and equity financing, secured transactions, venture capital and corporate advisory.

Rav began her career as a transaction attorney at a large, international law firm where she was a full-cycle corporate attorney for public and private companies. Her diverse corporate practice focused on representing clients in transactions and corporate governance matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets financings, acquisitions, other strategic transactions and US securities law and Nasdaq compliance.
