Jacqueline McGuinness is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

Jacqueline’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and investigations. She has represented clients from all sectors, including aerospace, technology, real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing. Jacqueline’s experience includes products liability, contract disputes, securities class actions, compliance, False Claims Act, and other complex commercial matters.

Jacqueline was a member of the Business Law Journal and the Death Penalty Clinic.

Representative Matters

Represented Fortune 500 company in a breach of contract action in the Southern District of New York, where, following a two-week trial, the jury awarded our client the full requested amount of $8.6 million and rejected the defendant’s $212 million counterclaim.  With interest and attorneys’ fees, the court entered judgment in favor of client in the sum of approximately $22 million.
