Overview

Jack Hensley is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

Jack’s practice involves general business litigation, with a focus on commercial real estate. He has litigated cases involving property developments, construction, business divorces and partnership disputes, unlawful detainers, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to focusing on commercial real estate, he gained experience in a wide array of practice areas, having litigated on behalf of municipalities and government agencies early in his career. This experience included prosecuting code enforcement matters, which involved becoming familiar with both California state and local building and safety codes, zoning, and other general compliance issues for real estate and businesses.

While in law school, Jack externed in federal court for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson in California’s Central District, where he gained invaluable insight into the federal court system.
