ECJ’s Kelly Scott to Speak on the “The Uber Effect” at the AEIS Advanced Employment Issues Symposium

ECJ’s Kelly Scott, Partner and head of the Employment Law Department will speak at the upcoming AEIS Advanced Employment Issues Symposium in Las Vegas on November 15, 2017.

His presentation, “The Uber Effect”: How to Conduct Wage and Hour Audits to Determine Proper Classification of Contractors and Employees will help examine how the “Uber” model of doing business has thrust independent contractors, dependent contractors and freelancers into the legal spotlight.
