Kelly Scott Quoted in the Daily Journal

The Daily Journal tapped Kelly Scott to weigh in on the recent announcement by Netflix giving their employees a full year paid parental time off after a birth or adoption. In the article on August 13, 2015, "Lawyers take wait and see approach to Silicon Valley paid parental leave," Scott says parental leave is the logical next step for the millennial generation tech wizards. He also notes,  "It shows that you are a caring employer and could help juries sympathetic to your plight."
