ECJ Welcomes New Associate Julie Zaligson

ECJ is pleased to announce that Julie Zaligson has joined ECJ as an associate in the Real Estate and Business and Corporate Departments. Ms. Zaligson brings experience counseling closely held businesses in all aspects of their business affairs, including business operations, structuring and negotiating terms of complex financing transactions, and advising on real estate investments and business succession planning. Ms. Zaligson also represents clients in purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zaligson was in-house counsel at Wireless Capital Partners, where she assisted with cell site lease buyouts.
