Banu Naraghi is a Partner in the Litigation Department, specializing in corporate and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. She has represented diverse clients, including content creators, investors, and corporations, in cases involving contract disputes, securities fraud, and business torts. Before law school, Banu gained valuable experience as an A&R intern at Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Atlantic Records and served as a Clinical Intern for the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, supporting artists and startups.
Jared W. Slater is Partner in ECJ's Litigation and Employment Departments, specializing in defending labor and employment actions, including wage and hour claims, harassment, and discrimination, as well as professional liability cases. He has achieved complete defense verdicts at trial, favorable outcomes on motions, and successful mediations, earning praise from clients for his personal approach. Jared also has substantial trial experience defending legal malpractice, employment, and personal injury cases.
Elliot Chen is a Partner in the Litigation Department, specializing in Intellectual Property, Insurance Coverage, and Complex Commercial Litigation. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including national retailers, technology companies, and high-net-worth individuals, in cases involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, contract disputes, and other complex business matters. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Duke Law School, Elliot also brings experience as a judicial intern and a member of a wrongful convictions clinic, further enriching his practice.
